In Conversation with Andrew Kilby

Leading our client services department Andrew Kilby has been with Wenn Townsend since 1988. He manages over 160 client payrolls from 1 to 500 plus employees whilst leading his team of payroll staff. As Director of Client Services his expertise covers a wide range of areas and he is trusted by many clients to assist in the privileged role of Trustee, Executor and Power of Attorney  To find out more about Andrew we asked him a few questions about how he got to this point in his career and what motivates him in his role within the firm:

1. What do you enjoy most about your job?
   The variation of work! You never know when you arrive in the office what you will be presented with and what new opportunities will greet you.
2. What has been the defining moment in your career to date?
   Being made Director of Client Services which was over ten years ago now, and the continued growth of Wenn Townsend, and the way we have adapted to a changing world.
3. Who would be the dream client?
   All clients are dream clients, it is an honour to be trusted to deal with a clients hard earned income.
4. How would you want your colleagues or clients to describe you?
   Trusted! It is wonderful that some of my clients are still the same as 34 years ago when I started. Some I am now looking after the 3rd generation of the same family, which I hope says a lot about me!
5. What do you most want to achieve in your career?
   To not look back on a long career at Wenn Townsend, and have any regrets!
